BuildFact does not at present use web beacons, although this may change in the future.

You may make changes to any of the information you have given me. Please note however that if you delete your account some personal information, primarily your contact information, may remain on record. This is to protect my legal interests or comply with regulatory requirements.

Therefore, under the Data Protection Act, you have a right to view any personal information I hold about you, by making a data protection act request and paying a statutory fee. If you would like to find out what information I hold about you, please contact me. If any information held is inaccurate, I will make the necessary changes and contact you with confirmation.
